1. Up to date Legislation;
2. Anatomy of the structures of the Spine;
3. Causes of Spinal / Back Injuries;
4. How to prevent Back Pain / Injury;
5. Biomechanics (Principles & Application);
6. Risk Assessment to self/client/workplace/task;
7. Principles involved in moving/handling of animate and inanimate loads;
8. Elements of flexibility (no practice).

Assessment: Skills Demonstration in classroom.
